No Right of Withdrawal for Date-Specific Events

According to § 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the performance of the service.

This particularly applies to bookings for our wine tastings, gourmet evenings, short trips, and similar events that take place on a specific date.

Cancellations or rebookings are only possible in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and the deadlines stated therein.

Right of Withdrawal for Other Contracts (e.g., Gift Voucher Purchases)

If you book or purchase a service that is not tied to a specific date (e.g., gift voucher orders or products), you have the following statutory right of withdrawal:

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you.
